Teaching in studios is my favorite mode. Whatever is available is what I use. The classroom is my laboratory where I discover new methods and techniques to help students get strong, loose and fit! At some studios, yoga blankets become stretching pads, at others, the TRX equipment is the tool of choice. Wherever I teach, the principles are the same: learning techniques which will improve body awareness and bring excellent posture and deep core strength into your life.
